Work mostly well. There have been a few times it felt weaker against some dairy products, but generally reliable. A lot of pills, which are quite small, for the price, and they work just fine if used with the dairy product you're consuming.

The only reason I can have dairy are these! They work great and the pills being individually packaged make sit easy to throw in your bag for on the go instead of having to carry a big bulky bottle.
