Metal Earth F/A 18 Super Hornet 3D Metal Model Kit Fascinations

This model is very realistic. However, I do not recommend buying this for a quick project with the kids. The instructions were not real clear and the pieces were not easy to remove when it was time to put them on the model. But the end product is pretty cool if you can get there.

Even though this isn't one of the premium (colored parts) this is still one of my favorites for the challenge, and sheer detail that went into this. If I'm not mistaken, there were 48(?) Little fins to bend onto six little missiles. Enough to give you fits! But for those of us that like that sort of thing, the detail it produced is second to none! ( except for the blue angels premium model I believe is now out)

Gave up after a few days. Maybe good for seasoned model builders, but not for beginners. Instructions are a bit confusing, parts are too tiny.

Not the easiest to put together. But that was the idea. I didn't want it to be a 5 min project. I recommend

Take your time with this one and you won't be disappointed. Pieces fit well with nice detail.

Looks nice but it's total garbage of a model when you get it. Pieces come already bent wrong on the sheet, Parts are needlessly fragile and if you even pick one up wrong you just wasted your money as it will bend out of shape or break with no warning. Directions are horrendous. I think this total line must be like this as I bought another one at the same time that was just as bad. If I could ask for a refund I would, but at the very least, I hope this review will at least keep on person from making the same mistake I did. Total waste of money.

Amazing experience. Sometimes a bit frustrating but most of the time very fun.
