Finally decided to buy a pc and it was worth they wait. This pc looks really nice, noiseless and runs all my online games superbly. If you looking to buy a pc and don't want to go through building your own definitely recommend buying a pc from CyberPower.

The PC runs great, have not had any issues at all. Packaging was good, no damage during shipping. Delivery was quick and efficient. The GForce 3060 can handle all the games I am playing hitting extreme FPS. The AMD Ryzen 7 is effective enough to keep up with the programs and the cooler master liquid cooling keeps my temps in the optimal range. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get into gaming.

I purchased this pc primarily for graphic design with 3d software. The pc set up with no problems. However, the video card had issues 8 months later. I contacted the CyberPower PC and they exchanged my video card for a new one. When I received the replacement, I noticed it was an 8GB and not a 12GB. When I contacted CyberPower they told me that was what I sent them. I contacted Amazon about the difference because they advertised a 12GB and I got an 8GB. They could not tell me the price difference and after going up 3 levels of support Amazon said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to deal with CyberPower PC. Amazon led me to believe I was buying something that was not true. I understand it most likely was a mistake on their part. However, I find it unacceptable that they could not find a solution to the price difference and make it right with their customer.

love the looks and plays my games well - i am not a hardcore gamer so if you are you might want to go for one of there higher end systems - this is my second cyberpowerpc and i have never had a problem with either one - a little more info on the mother board would be nice though for future upgrades if needed and not sure how to open the front panel to clean the glass i like to keep it clean

This computer handles new video game graphics amazingly. My old gaming desktop was lagging when playing new games. Now I can run all of my games at ultra settings for graphics and have no lag issues.

I purchased this gaming Pc on December 27th 2021. There were some issues as to discovering a dent in the top of the tower case. Upon setup I then discovered that it only had Windows 10 insalled, not windows 11 as advertised. I had do install windown 11 myself! Misleading information, I purchased this unti due to the description saying Windows 11 installed. Then I began having keyboard issues, extra charters or no response from keyboard. So I borrowed a keyboard and guess what, the keyboard problem disapperaed. The keyboard shipped with this unit is not a Gaming Keyboard, very basic unit. Ive been going back and forth with customer support with very little help on correcting this problem. Hopefully they will send me an actual gaming keyboard. Overall I like the PC but the company needs to deliver on better componits

Loving this PC. It came very quickly and in good shape. Was very easy to unbox and get everything working in no time. It runs all of the programs and games I play with ease. Great computer. Highly recommend.
