When I sleep at night, I use a Bipap with a nasal mask. I had surgery on a deviated septum 5 years ago in order to breathe freely when sleeping. After surgery I had to completely cut out cheese from my diet. And I use Fluticasone spray once a day. All of those changes have helped tremendously, however, I still occasionally have trouble at bedtime where my sinuses become inflamed on one side or the other (it's something I've read that is quite common), making breathing in and out on that side nearly impossible. The only instant relief I've found is when I use some version of Afrin, which is very bad, because although it will almost always opens up my passages, on the following night, the problem usually returns only twice as bad as the night before. This migraine relief stick is perfect. It's a vapor rub smell. Subconsciously, for some reason, I'm very comforted by the smell of vapor rub & applying this on my nose instantly opens up my air passages. I also do get headaches often enough that I get aggravated about taking more tylenol when I wish I didn't need it. Whoever invented this, thank you!

The product's good and kinda relieves headache once I applied it. Only one thing, it's kinda small for its ah price? Maybe because of the ingredients?

I usually buy migraine sticks on Etsy.com but took a chance buying this. I can tell you that it works. The strong scent opens up your sinuses and relieves your migraine. Even without a migraine I find myself using it daily. So happy that I found this.

After suffer severe seasonal allergies. This small stick has been my best friend. Easy to apply and take with you! Clears sinuses and sooths headaches!

Doesn't seem to do a thing to help my headaches. I've tried it severl times. Just doesn't work.

UPDATE: Although these aren’t normally available for refund after my complaint - I did receive a refund so great customer service. I have used the good one several times as I am going through a cluster headache/migraine episode. The use of this along with a heated headache cap seems to help most of the time. One of the sticks was damaged when received. It isn’t usable at all.

This is a good product in that it is topical and does relieve the pain of a headache in the area between and above the eyes. The only drawback is, it is so liquid that it can drip and can drip into the eyes if you apply too much. Otherwise, works fairly well.

This has a nice cooling sensation though if I put it on my temples it can sting my eyes and be a little too strong. Overall helpful with mild headaches so I don't have to take medicine
