I bought this because my back muscles get tense and won’t release. Using this on the max EMS setting really helps. I’ve also used on my tense shoulder muscles. I had never received EMS in a PT office, but my daughter has so I asked her to try this to compare. She said that the intensity and sensation are just like the one in the PT office. I have used this about a dozen times over several months. The pads are wearigg by out and I will be replacing those soon. (I’ve also been rough on them because I was learning). Would definitely buy again.

I luv this TENS machine. The graphics makes selections easy by body area and this newest version re-charge and has a belt clip. Where have you been all my life?

Cant set settings to a comfortable level. Very rough. Doesnt feel good. Stays charged for 3 to 4 uses. It could be better
