Q: Do the gloves really work? There's a review that says it was very sharp and she had to return it because it wasn't safe

When I bought this, there were no gloves included so I can’t comment on that. It is very sharp and care needs to be taken when you are changing blades and cleaning it as well. It did quite a job with my friends finger (she was using it at my house).

Q: How can I get directions and/or an assembly video??? My blades are jammed because I didn't know there was a blade guard and i used the selection dial

I did the same thing. *Clearer* instructions or a video would be nice! They should also print "REMOVE" on that little plastic guard. I was able to get it to un-jam by turning the knob with a wrench. Later I realized the knob has this plastic sleeve you're supposed to push in to turn it. It's a little finicky but eventually it started rotating smoothly by pushing in the sleeve. Hope this helps! I couldn't find answers anywhere.
