After long days that leave me fuming, the Century Bob XL has honestly been my therapy. Full-body workout, lowers stress like therapy on steroids—I sleep deeper, mood steadier, overall health way up. Assembly is straight forward. Adjustments to the height is easy… At six feet, two hundred fifteen pounds, I don’t pull punches. Body shots land true—it’s built like an average guy, torso-wise, so landing hooks and uppercuts feel pretty real. Uppercuts to the head? Don’t worry head is soft and pliable. Thing wobbles more than I would like after, though. I placed a solid rubber mat under the base, four eighty-pound sand bags crammed in—still dances. Gotta reposition it a couple times. Water? Forget it, sloshes nonstop. Sand’s denser, almost still. I added the arm accessory to it. Says it won’t fit on XL. But a little determination and it will work. Some report needed using two people makes it easier to get the arms rig on. I did it myself.. Rigged the arm accessory with straps to close Bobs guard to punch through —ingenious fix. And hey, best part? Same feeling as landing a brutal rib shot, minus the potential hospital visits and no zero legal repercussions!

So used 400Lbs of play sand. Looks like I can fit another 50Lbs, maybe even 100Lbs. We'll worth the money. Punching, kicking, and even kali sticks; Bob takes it and asks for more.

It's a pleasure to train with. It only lifts off the ground and comes back down when I punch hard, making a lot of noise. It's a perfect choice if you don't live in an apartment.
