Beautiful flowers were delivered right to my friend on her birthday!

I ordered these roses for my wife on January 22. They were delivered the next day, January 23 and by that evening they were. All Withered! I really do think we should get a refund. My wife was very disappointed.

The order was a birthday gift. Very nice arrangement. The flowers lasted longer than any I’ve ever had. The vase that was included was nice as well. Delivery box is impressive well done. Great experience.

The product photos promised a bouquet of vibrant, perky pink beauties that could brighten up even the gloomiest day. What I got? A dozen roses that looked like they'd just come back from a bad breakup. Brown, crispy edges on outside petals, droopy heads hanging lower than my motivation on a Monday morning, and an overall vibe that screamed "I give up." Pros: Fast delivery, technically roses, pink(ish). Cons: They look exhausted from the journey.

I ordered these flowers because the delivery date said September 30th — exactly my friend’s birthday. That’s why I chose this seller. But after placing the order, the delivery got moved one day later, which was a bit disappointing. The flowers arrived just in a box, without any moisture, and at first they looked tired. Once I put them in water, though, they perked up beautifully — and it’s been almost a week, and they still look great. So overall, I’m happy with the purchase, even if the timing could’ve been better.
