I am thinking of purchasing the anti-reflective version for use at my work. Can other see your eyes?

Some yes. The lens has a light "mirror" coating to it. The company is using the term "anti-reflective" incorrectly. The lens actually REFLECTS the incoming light back out and only allows 65% light transmission (per manufacturer). So, others will not be able to see your eyes clearly. These are unlike eyeglasses that have "anti-reflective" properties. Yet, since they fit close to your face, there are not a lot of internal reflections.
