I understand 99% of citric acid is sourced from mold. Are you saying that your citric acid is that rare 1% that is not sourced from aspergillus niger?

Why does my other order say herbals On the bottle instead of immunity ?

I noticed that when the word "herbals" was used it talked about the actual elderberry extract they used their product. When immunity is used, it is talking about what the elderberry does, helps with immunity against toxins/pathogens. I also could be they refreshed their label and there is some product with the older labels/boxes.

Why is there citric acid in there? For me that’s a reason not to buy...

I'm a big fan of MaryRuth's products, and this one is no exception. It tastes great and is organic and sugar-free. My son loves the flavor and actually asks for it. For hygienic purposes, I avoid putting the dropper directly in his mouth and instead put the drops on a spoon and give it to him that way.

I love this for my toddler, it is so tasty and easy to give. It has great ingredients and is great quality which I always look for especially for my child.I make sure I’m stocked up on it for winter and give at any first sign of illness or exposure. I will either give it to her straight because it tastes good or add it to her water. I do wish it came in a bigger bottle because we tend to go through it pretty fast once we start using it, so a bigger size for a better price would be ideal.
