I had always heard probiotics are good for digestive health and my mother was haven't major issues with her bowel movements. She was only going ever 2-3 days and we believed it was causing a multitude of issues, from acid reflux, lethargy, and brain fog (this was interesting because they say your digestive system is your second brain). After seeing how my Dad's blood pressure dropped from use the BPS-5 product from this company I figured I would get the probiotic for my Mom. She was reluctant to try this because she had be getting reliant on laxatives, saying "this is the only thing that works" ... I convinced her to take this just based on the multiple benefits of having healthy bacteria in your gut. (Thank you healthline) After about 2 weeks of my Mother taking the Probio-Lite she is now having a BM every morning! she hasn't gone more that 24 hours without having a BM since about 5 days on the product!! I am so happy for her because not only did her acid reflux almost disappear but she also has more energy and feels better about herself throughout the day. Thanks to this product my Mom no longer feels like she can't go out until she "goes to the bathroom"

I was constantly having stomach issues and reflux and I've been to so many doctors over the years who have sent me for unnecessary testing, had me cut out major food groups and gave me so much bad advice. A friend of mine told me to try this probiotic and within a week or two I was feeling SO MUCH BETTER! I rarely write reviews for anything but felt like I had to for this. I highly highly recommend this product for overall gut health and/or if you're having issues as I did. I will be a lifelong customer!

I’ve been taking this for a couple of months and still have acid reflux. I plan to continue taking them because I think it does improve digestion.

I purchased these for my father (67 years old) who has chronic stomach pain and indigestion. After 4 weeks taking them consistently, he is seeing a lot of relief and has been able to cut back on his acid reflux medications. He did not see immediately relief after 1-2 weeks, but saw more relief after 3-4 week. He also cut back some of his sugars in his diet to further support his gut health. Highly recommend these supplements!
