Is This a Zombie?, Vol. 7 - manga (Is This a Zombie?, 7) (Volume 7) Paperback – February 25, 2014

This is my 7th manga of this series.The story so far is getting interesting and can not wait for what is about to happen.Artwork and characters are great and the manga itself if really fun to read.Can not wait for the last vol. to come!

I thought it was very good. There were a few parts I didn't necessarily care for (such as the fan service). I think I would have enjoyed it just as much if not more without them. Overall though I found it very interesting.

New character! The anime never made it this far so I am really excited to see the new character and plot development.

I really enjoyed the first volumes of this manga. It has some really fresh ideas, like a boy cursed with the powers of a magical girl.It is also ecchi, almost to the point of hentai. The drawing is moe style, with lots of panty shots and provocative sexy imagery. That isn't a complaint, the art is really good!This manga is a moe take on the harem genre. Unfortunately, the story has been moving slowly and the only thing it has going right now is the ecchi art. The protagonist Ayumu (a "normal" boy turned zombie) is reasonable, but his main love interest Eu is bland. Sure, she's supposed to be bland because she is cursed; if she expresses emotion then people around her will be hurt. But bland is bland. She should be the center of the manga, but she has no impact.The character with a big impact is the magikewl girl Haruna. She's the little-sister character. We see her panties a lot, but she's obviously not a love interest, so its just comic relief. The other girls secretly like Ayumu, but treat him badly. He saves the day, but so what? The climactic end of the "Chris" arc is resolved, but I don't feel like anything has moved forward.I will continue to buy and read this manga for at least a couple more volumes. Don't get me wrong; this manga has some great potential. I hope that this is just a temporary slump.

Great series. Parodies magical girls, vampires, ninjas and zombies all in one. The series is hilarious and has great characters.
