Great sound quality and mic is clear and loud to other players! PS5
I already have the SteelSeries Arctis 7P+ headset and love them with my PS5....best headset I've ever owned even compared to the proprietary Sony playstation headsets....so I trusted the name already. Sometimes the full on headset is just too imersive as I game in the same room as I watch TV with my wife. Sometimes for more casual gaming sessions I need just one ear in the game and keep an ear for her as well. The full headset is akward to wear over one ear for an extended period, so I like the wired ear bud as an alternative. I can just put one earbud in and still hear whats going on around me in the house. I used to love the PSVita mobile wired headset but they broke and its no longer available so the search began for the replacement. I found this mobile gaming headset from the company I already know makes high quality products and gave them a try. The sound is increadible and the mic is super clear and chat friends say it produces perfect sound. I did compare the included boom mic adapter vs the inline mic but they said they were both good but the built in mic souded even better. I thought a boom mic on an earbud was strange but you don't even need it. I fired up COD MW2 and cranked the max volume as a test and it was actually too loud even though it was super clear. When I shot the shotgun it sounded like I was shooting a real shotgun without ear protection!!! I like the top end volume to be too much and that tells you it is a real prformer! Definately recommend this even as a primary gaming headset or mobile. No distortion at high levels and COD footsteps were easy to hear....

A wonderful purchase decision. Improvement to not just audio, but voice as well.
This headset ended up being a wonderful purchase decision. Improvement to not just audio, but voice as well. SteelSeries products have been a wonderful buy, another honorable mention would be a keyboard I purchased (an unknown amount of years ago) is still kicking. The coating on some of the keys have chipped away through time but the keyboard has held the test of daily use, which could be classified has intensive use. To move back to the topic of the headset, it was an adjustment getting use to the smaller diameter cord and the flexible ear supports. I still get worried about the small cord sometimes but it has held up with daily use for a couple months or more now. As for the flexible support for the ears, I am use to adjust when I put on the ear as needed and the conform to the ear lightly and quite nice. Another topic would be the quality of the audio and voice. The audio gives a swell sound in both earpieces and the voice was great as well. People on the other end said it was a ginormous improvement to hearing me. I hope you enjoy this headset and get while they last, since I have noticed SteelSeries retires products quite often. It has been difficult endeavor finding an affordable quality earpieces with a boom mice, and a replacement the matches my keyboard (is retired since SteelSeries doesn't sell anymore and hasn't made a similar one.....yet!).

Decent quality in ear headset
Bought these because i worry about hair loss if I wear my regular over the ear headset. I was worried about mic quality and comfortableness in my ears as my ears usually get sore after wearing airpods for more than 15 minutes. Had these for about a month and so far they are pretty decent for the price. My friend said he was surprised at how well the mic sounds for these types of headphones. The sound quality is actually very good but the bass could be deeper. They are surprisingly comfortable for long term use and I can use them for hours without pain compared to airpods that hurt me very quick. The only issue I had was that the original pair I ordered had problems with the sound and mic cutting out occasionally so I sent in for a replacement and the new pair works perfect. Hopefully they will last a long time as I don't use them as my main headset.

Unbeatable for the price
With a slight tune these can sound great, the bottom end can get a little mushy at times, not unbearably so. The cable is short, though for me that's perfect since I primarily use them with my laptop. They are a good compromise for portability, audio quality, and price. The sound quality of the drivers is better than any wireless headphones I've heard by this point, although that's more of a limitation of bluetooth that a wired headset doesn't have to deal with. The audio sounds like a slightly stankier version of my iems, the microphone has a little hum with no filtering, but even a subtle noise filter takes care of it well without destroying the audio quality. The mic is honestly better than most gaming headsets I've ever heard or used, even from headsets that cost triple what these do. Overall I'd say these are a very solid setup, if the cable proves to be too short a simple extension doesn't hurt to have ditto on a splitter if you need it. Would recommend for laptop use.

Complete Junk
I have two pairs of these (one for me and one for my housemate). They are precisely the same. First, the microphone is VERY loose. Like, you can knock it out of the socket with an aggressive whip of the head. Furthermore, don't bother trying to replace it, because I tried two others and they fit the same and didn't work and it's hard to fit a replacement since there is a small recess that most options don't fit into. Second, the sound quality is terrible. It's "fine" at moderate to low volume, if a little anemic. However, at anything approaching medium loud to loud, they distort heavily and are absolutely unlistenable. Any significant bass breaks up and crackles and it's clear continued use will blow out the drivers. Finally, you can't fit any aftermarket tips on these. Everything just pops off. So, don't bother trying to get foam tips or other better isolating solutions. They won't fit. Even if they fit on the buds, they will not hold and will stay in your ear when you remove the buds. Find a different solution. These are like 10x the cost they should be given the quality and other options out there.

Great replacement for G432
Replacing my broken Logitech G432 This headset is very light and did not hurt my ear after long period of use. Sound quality is great as well.

Very Uncomfortable
I bought these so that I would not have headphone hair whenever I play video games and plan on going out later. They work great and have good sound quality when they are snug in your ear. However, these tend to come loose from your ear with any minor movement that you make and after about 20 minutes of use, the band that goes over your ear starts to dig in and hurt. Overall, I would not really recommend these. I would rather spend a bit more to get something a bit more comfortable and better sounding such as the Razer Hammerhead Duo.

Ok Sound but mic is horrid
The sound is alright, though is easily matched by a $20 pair of ear buds. I primarily bought this for the mic on it, which sounded like a cheap stick mic from the 90's and the boom mic attachment made it worse. Less than 1 year after purchase left earbud is already having issues. This is very likely a frayed wire, though considering this is being used for pc gaming and never left my desktop/rarely moved without excessive stress, I would assume this is due to cheap martials being used. I wouldn't recommend these. If you want to stick with steel series I would go with an over the ear head set instead of their ear buds.
