Review based on three separate experiences with the mango flavor. Sadly, instead of my body developing a tolerance to it, it got worse and worse each time, until I gave up. NOTE: I have tried multiple energy powders, and while I have experienced slight* increases in anxiety (initial wears off with cardio) and one left the ants crawling on skin feeling--none were this bad. I am hoping my experience is an anomaly, but sharing so can make more informed choices. --DECREASED energy and left me feeling anxious, tired, drained, kinda sad, HUNGRY, and jittery (with my right eye slightly twitching for the next several hours). --jitters, right eye twitch, ants crawling on skin feeling --tension headache --had to leave gym early was so tired and anxious (it ruined the rest of my day! Like it took 5-8 HOURS to pass) Mango Flavor Taste & Mix: No trace of mango and a chore to chug down. Mix: Parts don't fully dissolve (perhaps reason for horrid taste). like have broken chunks of black pepper hit your throat by surprise.: Quality: If 5 is excellent, 3 is neither good nor bad, and 1 is really bad, then we need to create a negative ranking scale. Value for Money: get a refund

This, just like any C4 ultimate shred works wonders for anyone trying to cut!

While the caffeine and b-alanine levels are great, I would try a different flavor. If you do not mix it with enough water, it's spicy and acid-like. If mixed with too much water, you won't get the right effect as its so diluted.
