I took half of the recommended dosage for the first three days and had an immediate gastrointestinal reaction. Upon further research online, it does list gastrointestinal issues as a side effect. Be warned that eight days after stopping the supplement, I am still suffering from loose cramping bowels at least 10 times a day. I would not recommend this to anyone for any reason

Easy to swallow. No after taste. It’s my first bottle still observing for improvement.

I got this because it’s the collagen that my husband can have, but didn’t see much improvement. At least it didn’t have any side effects or anything

I have taken this product for about a year and love it. After running out I ordered 4 more bottles and received the wrong product. I’m unable to return so because I really like it I tried again. Again I received the wrong product. I’m not sure what is going on but I am very upset and will never order from this company again. They lost a good customer!
