Excellent, affordable, good quality and very useful shelf units.
I was very impressed with the appearance of the units, choice of colour and weight bearing strength. My brother kindly fitted the large unit together. Unbeknown to me he had bought 2 of the smaller units in black. I chose the pillar-box red. I am delighted with my units as they are relatively easy to assemble and offer a good storage solution. Would highly recommend. If required, I would definitely order more.

5 stars as described
The media could not be loaded. These are very well made , sturdy .... perfect for my shed... for storage.... easy to build... my only criticism is the instructions where in very small print .... could do with larger print... but having said that common sense prevailed and the instructions went out the window... from start to finish I built this in 15minutes. Excellent value for money... and they look good... can be used in shed or in the home as storage... they seem very bobust.... I bought 2 of these... can be set up either as a 5 tier or set as a 3 tier and also a 2 tier which is very versatile.

Good Value for money
This is a good product and good value for the cost. I one problem is that the instructions on how to put it together are not very good at all and i had to work it out for myself but having said that it was quite easy to erect,

Ideal storage for utility
Sturdy shelving once put together but could do to have 2 people at end stage to hold together but manageable on your own. Pricing good 👍

GLOVES ESSENTIAL for flimsy product.
I bought the galvanised ones. BEWARE: I started with gloves, then took them off for better dexterity, and, in no time I'd caught my hand on a sharp edge. The metal is folded and the edges are sharp, and in most places the actual edges have a razor-sharp burr. This cuts like a micro-saw and creates a wound that bleeds and bleeds, and takes a longer time to heal.I did want bolt-together shelves, but I couldn't find any in this size (or at this price!). The metal is thin and easily bent. A child told me the unit looks flimsy and weak. The upper section is connected to the lower part with a small angled slot-in plate, which is of thin softish metal. Each upright - which is very thin - rests on the one below, and could easily slip sideways. I decided to get a steel connecting strip and bolt it on the outside to stop the two parts from coming apart. The metal of the shelves was very hard to drill. Galvanised to me means zinc plated - I don't think this is zinc or nickel, but something very hard, like chromium. The actual shelf surface is just a piece of stiff hardboard (4.5mm thick). This rests on the folded metal frame which is here just a centimeter wide, and only the edges of the hardboard are supported (!). The central strut, which will stop the front and rear frame of each shelf moving apart, is below the level that supports the hardboard around its edges - so the hardboard will sag in the middle under load. It will reach the central strut and have some support then, but I'm sure it will sag further over time. I want to put some heavy tools on these shelves, e.g. a large vice, and so I have cut some plywood to double up on the strength of the shelf surfaces. All adverts for these shelves say that each shelf will hold up to 3.5cwt - that means the shelves should hold over 17cwt!! Looking at these shelves would I think they could hold nearly a ton? No, not at all. When you get the shelves there's nothing informative on the box, just a leaflet inside that say they are 175kg shelves (it actually says, "175kg Shelving Unit"). That would indicate that the shelves, as a unit, are made to hold 3.5cwt. One wonders... An incorrect specification could have serious safety repercussions.

Ideal for garden shed
Although item arrived 4 days late (Hermes/EVRI delivery) was very pleased with it. Found it to be just big enough to fit in my 8x6 shed. Shelves a little on the thin side but enough to hold what I store. Found by using a tape measure to judge fixing shelving side rails in position, it went up a treat. Fairly stable when shelves stacked with cans, storage containers, basic tools and the like. Good buy for the price.

Fairly easy to set up
Fairly easy to set up. Just a bit of patience needed. Seems sturdy enough but best to keep in one place, I wouldn't advise trying to move it around as it may come apart if not built properly.Fits nicely in my garage, perfect for extra storage space.
