Missing Parts, But I Had Spares
First, let me address the issues people are having. I did receive it and it was missing a few parts. The resistor was missing as well as some of the screws. Also, the instructions are in Spanish which I do not read... That aside, I was able to decipher the instructions and made my own schematic. The missing resistor value is 560 Ohm and a 1/4W resistor works fine. If you are not used to electronics, the lack of well written instructions my cause you some grief. So let me point out a few things to help. The LED will have one longer lead than the other. The longer lead is the Anode (+) and the shorter lead is the Cathode (-). The Transistor (big three pronged part with the screw hole at the opposite end) lays flat with the more metal side down against the PCB. Follow the color codes on the wires (Rojo=Red, Negro=Black, Blanco=White). The Potentiometer (Pot), you are soldering the two black wires from the transformer to the two outside conductors of the Pot and connecting the "Electrode tube" wires, one to the center conductor of the Pot and the other to the outside conductor of the Pot that is closest to the PCB when it is installed. Also, you should have a small piece of heat shrink tubing to go on the positive (Anode) lead of the LED before soldering it to the PCB.When it is built, it works well and is a lot of fun for family and friends to test their ability to withstand the shocking sensation. For those is a panic that it will cause heart-attacks and whatever other problems, keep in mind, this very same device has been used since the 1890's and to date, I cannot find a single verifiable death caused by a shock machine. So enjoy it...

Great but no PDF + no English instructions
These games are useful for modifications by hobbyists. It’s an annoyance though that there are no digital instructions, no English translation, and not even a labeled part list in Spanish. I even called the manufacturer. The assembly is also a heavily reliant on hot glue.
