Scanpan 10.25" Saute Pan with Lid

Folks that are griping about this skillet are doing potential buyers a dis service. This is hands down the best skillet I've ever used. My brother has had his for over two years with no problems, which is what inspired me to buy mine.

Most excellent! I wholeheartedly wish when I was starting out in a new life Internet was a thing. Sturdy, reliable cookware, and dependable manufacturers would have been one of the first things I researched before stocking my new kitchen! As it stands, this is the first pan I have been able to purchase based on my research, and I have decided that I will systematically replace my stock utilizing Scanpan products.They may be a bit costly, but oh, they are so very worth it! My husband is the main cook in the family, and he was disgruntled when he found I had thrown the old one away without consulting him first, but after he used the Scanpan the first time, he's found a new kitchen love!

I’ve had stainless Capalon for 20 years and it all still looks new except for my one and only nonstick pan. It’s only about 10 years old and starting to show signs of wear so I bought this as a replacement. So far, it’s great but time will tell. None of my pans ever go in the dishwasher but to have a truly equal comparison, I’ll have to review this in 10 years and see if this holds up as long as my last one. So far though, after just a few months, it’s all great and I believe (I cant say for certain) the Scanpan heats more evenly.

I can't tell if the pan is failing yet, but I'm surprised to see so many marks in the bottom of the pan after only a few uses. I've used it less than 10 times at this point. I only use rubber/safe utensils when cooking with these kinds of pans. I'm worried this pan won't last. I've used scan pans before and I don't recall any marks like this early on. I purchased another scan pan because my first one lasted so long. I know from experience that the marks will definitely get worse as time goes on but I was hoping to get many years worth of service from the pan like the first one. Not sure that will happen.

Cooks well, and it's easy to clean.

Bought this as a mother's day gift. It has all the wonderful qualities of a scan pan (durable, nonstick), and the size is PERFECT and so versatile. Some of the other scan pans are more shallow, and it's harder to sautee more than a few cups of something. This one is deeper, and slight larger than the standard frying pan. It's perfect and we are buying another set for ourselves.

Finally! A pan that nothing sticks too, LOVE it

This pan was the best investment ever. Although pricy, you can cook without any oil and it cleans easily. To sauté simply add a bit of water or broth. Great for the plant based cook.
