The hamster is cute, but the bottom is hard plastic. The edges are hard, and the battery compartment is accessible. Would not buy for small children. Also, the sound function is already malfunctioning - and we’ve only been using the toy for a week.

It was soft and light enough for my nephew be able to pick up. However even after putting brand new batteries in it, the playback was awful and I couldn’t make out what it was saying. It was not as advertised in the video. Also, when it did respond I had to yell at it in order to get a play back. This was also nothing like the advertised video. Sending back immediately

I bought this as a gift for my 3 yo great grandson. When put the batteries in before wrapping, it was addictively awesome. My little dude played with it nonstop..even the adults enjoyed it! The toy repeated what was said to it in a funny, high pitched voice. Endlessly entertaining!

As advertised. Animated voice did scare toddler age child.

I bought this gift for my nephew and he played with it for hours. It’s fun and created a lot of laughs for the whole family. It doesn’t sound as clear as I would have hoped but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

I purchased this for a kid of my friend and they absolutely LOVE it...I believe it will help to speak earlier and easier. Definitely worth the price..

I bought this for a non verbal child I care for. After a week of playing with it she is saying hello and stop !!" She loves it carries it everywhere with her and pets and kisses it !! Very highly recommend this toy !

Gave it to my 8 year old as a funny Christmas gag gift. It’s dumb and funny, about what an 8 year old likes. No volume control, and sometimes it’s hard to understand, but it’s fine for what it’s meant to be.
