jus a bit too large
It is just a little bit too large in both directions. And there is no reason for it to be so tight fitting. No benefit. It would be much better if they made it 1/4" smaller in length and width. As is it is hard to not have air bubble on the edges where it has interference with the case. To avoid this cut a bit off with a sharp razor blade or utility knife.

Very Good for intended uses.
This is a quality unit that works very well for those with specific needs. This is a complex technical GPS that goes way beyond your average car navigator in many respects. If you are looking mostly for a self routing paved road GPS there are many better priced and performing units. The 276Cx for someone who loads several map products, is traveling offroad or on the water, ect. The screen is dazzling and the rest of the hardware is very solid/quality. I wanted/needed: 1) buttons, not touch screen 2) power options, hardwired - LiO battery - AA backup option 3) robust The firmware has a couple buggs but seems to improve with every new firmware update.
