The orchid arrived a day sooner than expected and was massive. There were ants nested in the roots, but that was easy to resolve as I keep my orchids in bark and moss, so I was planning on tossing the substrate anyway (just had to be a bit more thorough). I emailed the seller to let them know and got a quick response- they were apologetic. They instructed me how to request a replacement or refund through amazon, but I opted not to as the orchid is fine - just wanted them to be aware. The orchid is still going strong. Definitely planning another purchase!

Well, call me an orchid killer. It came tall, green with a beautiful flower spike, but it didn't last. Not the grower's fault or Amazon. If you are experienced with orchids, order from this nursery.

The plant arrived with faded flowers. The roots were not in a good condition. It needed right away repotting. I will try to save the plant, see what is going to happen.

This orchid came wrapped up properly for shipping. The orchid flowers are pink flower and very pretty. I transplanted the orchid right away into a larger pot and it doing fine and producing more flowers.

My orchid came impeccably wrapped for delivery. It was a little droopy from travel but overall I was impressed for what I got for the price. Many other orchid sellers charge almost twice the money. I recommend this seller.

Plant was very secure in the box and protected, packaged in a vertical plant box and secured internally with bubble wrap, clear plastic and a bamboo stick securing the pot to the box. The plant itself is securely wrapped in root ball in pot with clear plastic to retain moisture. Shipping time: Plant left Jacksonville, Florida via UPS ground. Shipped on Tuesday arrived on the following Saturday 4 day later to arrive in Colorado Plant: Excellent condition, in bloom with several unopened buds on the single spike. The colors are a vibrant yellow with darker speckling. This variety of “dancing lady” isn’t fragrant. It arrived free of pests even after an extensive inspection. The pseudobulbs were also in good condition exhibiting minimal shrinkage. The planting media did shift in transit and required additional soil upon delivery. The roots also were in excellent condition, extending outside the pot. Blooms are 1.5-1.25 inches in height.

I’m a bit concerned as to whether my orchid will live or not it was delivered it was cold it was not insulated very well in the box and most of the flowers are drooping or dead so I’m hoping the plant comes around it’s a very very pale green, not a Really healthy looking specimen, but I certainly will try to keep it alive
