The one that we all need
The 120mm Arca type plate is something that all of us should get if you have a big lens that you need to balance on your gimbal. The build quality is also good.

Excellent product.
I purchased the 100mm one for my Vanguard Alta Pro 2+ 263AB 100 and Canon 5D Mark 4 and it’s a perfect fit. The 100mm was ordered due to the design of the Vanguard arca swiss plate as can be seen in the photo that there are 2 screws that need to extend outside of the arca swiss plate for the perfect fit. It’s a solid metal plate with a good screw. The packet arrived from the United States in 9 days. Full credit for the timely delivery.

Perfect fit for Nikkor 200-500 lens
First, a word about the delivery :This was the first time I ordered on Amazon Global Store and I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. The item was delivered in 9 days and 8 days ahead of the committed delivery. The courier asked for a KYC document to be uploaded on their website, notwithstanding that I'd already uploaded it at the time of placing the order.Now about the product :I was looking for a QR plate for the Nikon 200-500 lens and at the other end, suitable for Vanguard TBH-300 ball head. After drawing a blank at some of the stores, I decided to order this one as it seemed suitable and also very reasonably priced. I must say that this QR plate is just the right fit for the said lens and and ball head. Just go for it, if you're looking for one.

I like these plates
I've recently discovered the Swiss Arca kind of tripod mount and love it. No longer do I have to keep track of so many different tripod mounts. One of these does the track. These plates work fine on my Arca mounts

Great- works for my spotting scopes and Binoculars
This is a budget option that works. I have found som other cheap options where the threads did not go far enough on the screw making it impossible to tighten. These are fine.

No frills, affordable. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Bought a replacement lens collar/foot for a new nikon 180-600. Very good fit. Extra room to find the center of gravity on a large lens. Solid on top of my Gitzo.
