Seems to be Pregnenolone
I think my experience is mostly just I need testing and my OB isn't keen to start on anything with me for a few more years despite endo and my autoimmune issues. Another doctor mentioned it in passing and I figured it was worth a shot. In my case, this gave me a headache and I felt a bit overstimulated and irritable, like a more mild version of when I have to megadose prednisone. That feeling I dislike more than any other in the world so it's not for me without further evidence I need it.That said I know this supplement can be incredibly useful for a lot of women around my age, I think the supplement just isn't for me.
