Good luck! Ours were stuck too, best to use a claw of a hammer and twist sideways to pry them apart. Least damaging...

Is there any way i could buy a replacement fuel holder?

I would ask the company. these are great for using maybe 3 or 4 times a year. They are not restaurant quality.
