Purchased this set for my Anova precision oven, as it's a great fit and the rack makes for a useful set-up for convection baking and combi-steam baking. Had a bit of a warping issue, but contacted Kitchenatics and got a replacement that now works perfectly. I'm glad to see that the company prioritizes customer service and stands by their products.The rack is dishwasher safe, which makes it super easy to clean. As for the pan, I've never had anything stick to it, and it is really simple to hand wash with some warm soapy water. The uncoated aluminum seems sturdy enough, but it does scuff easily, so don't expect it to look brand new after you've used it a few times.

I use this for baking chicken wings since the air fryer basket that came with my oven is a BEAR to clean. These work well, clean up easily and fit in my sink for a nice soak.

Kein Vergleich zu normalen Backblech-Pommes! Passt genau auf den vorhandenen Gitterstäbe-Rost vom Backofen. Ein Abtropfen von Fett gibt es bei den Backrohr-Pommes nicht, weshalb kein Backblech unterhalb notwendig ist, und daher die Pommes gut beheizt und belüftet werden. Einzig muss man aufpassen, dass man die Pommes nachher nicht direkt vom Gitter nimmt, weil sich die verhaken. Daher zuerst auf ein Backblech abschütten und von dort dann nehmen.Vermutlich günstiger und besser als ein Air Fryer: Man bekommt mehr Menge und größere Schnitzel auf das Gitter; Vorheizen nicht notwendig, wenn man die Garzeit aus Erfahrung weiß; mindestens gleich gute Belüftung bei Heissluft; schlank im Geschirrspüler und nimmt ansonsten auch kaum Platz weg bei der Backblech-Sammlung.Schade, dass die Backofenhersteller sowas nicht standardmäßig dazugeben oder darauf hinweisen. Schade, dass wir das Gitter nicht schon früher gekauft haben, dann hätten wir schon länger Pommes haben können, wie sie sein müssen. Spät aber doch noch gibt's feinsten Pommes-Genuss! :-P
