Much enjoyed once it wasn't thought terrifying!
I have 3 bantams who have loved grazing in my garden but then flockdown came. I was fast running out of fresh greens, and they looked bored. They were starting looking at each other in the way mini velociraptors can do... with thoughts of "shall we peck each other?"Mine have no interest in toys but these blocks proved a good solution. Once they got past the stage of "what is the terrifying block you have put in our run", they now peck at it happily. It keeps them amused. They are content. I am careful to ensure they always have fresh greenery too. I give them a block a week.

Solid block
A good product, it's solid, arrived in good time, but as yet my fussy ladies haven't touched it.... I live in hope as the idea of it is good!

Chickens love it
Chickens love it , however ! You say these are best and pricer because it's softer alfalfa than the horse blocks but the one we received is just as corse as the horse ones !!

Boredom busting
This block is 4 days in and still intact, but gradually diminishing in size over time. Although it took a few hours for my flock to take to it, I can see they're having intermittent pecks at it (not all of the flock though). I have suspended it, so it gently swings when pecked.

Chickens not interested in it
I will not buy again. The chickens ignored it completely.

Pecking block
Mostly dust. My girls had one peck and turned their nose up. I don't blame them. Complete waste of more money !
