Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8-100x100x2.0mm Thermal Interface Pad, Electrically Non-Conductive, High Thermal Conductivity & Compressibility for SSDs, GPUs & Electronics

Used these to replace all thermal pads of my old Xbox one x. Easy to cut and install. I don't have metrics, but the Xbox now seems to run much quieter and cooler.

My Mac had started to throttle and would choke when it came down to higher tasks and needing to really do CPU intensive work, whether it was streaming multiple things while also having a video call going, or using video editing software. I figured that it would be worthy to clean out the underside and put thermal padding on the areas where the heatsink are. So I received this thermal pad and cleaned my Mac out and applied this and wow. I can't believe how much the effect has been. My peak temperatures would get to 212 F and throttle and cause the computer to choke and freeze. Now with my CPU operating at 100% (using BOINC for World Community Grid software), I'm getting peak temperatures of about 168-175 F. I would say that if you are even slightly technically inclined and want to increase the performance of your computer and own a MacBook, this would be a very worthy use of your time. It took me about 1 hour from the time I started removing the case to closing it back up and getting all the padding cut to fit onto the heatsink. Don't forget to take the plastic film off the top of the pad as well when you're done! I will say that this does not seem to really increase the performance of the CPU and GPU, but allows it to run at a higher load for a longer time due to a better heat transfer process. I'm glad I chose the 2 mm pad because I think it makes better contact with the metal surface of the backplate vs the smaller ones. I would not use this on my lap for these intense tasks, however. But when I use it on my lap for light tasks, there's really no issue.

Easy to use and touch up if you missed a spot very easy to apply keeps my high end Ryzen 9 5900X cooler than the stock thermal paste from Corsair's and MSI's AIO's. Just a bit pricier compared to other after market thermal pastes. Unless you are using the Kryonaut or really high tier versions i would recommend something else like the Artic MX-6 costs less get more and similar cooling performance even when overclocking.

Worked perfectly for my Xbox one x. Great results, better than factory. It is now a silent machine. Was easy to work with, I cut it with exacto knife easily. Was not real adhesive, but plenty for my application, don't think you would want it real sticky anyway. It was such a good experience, i just had to leave a review!

thermal pad works great only reason for 4 star rating is the pad arrived damaged from shipping but works great

I have used these Minus 8 pads for years for all sorts of projects. They come in every possible thickness and are very easy to work with. 9/10 times they are outright better than the factory pads being replaced. These particular pads were purchased to refurbish an Xbox One X. There is plenty of material here for the entire console several times over. You could probably do 3 or 4 of them given the amount needed. Along with some Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste my Xbox is quieter and cooler than ever.

Item: - Product is as expected, knocked 6C off of mainboard VRM temps, 5/5 People: - It should be habit when shopping on Amazon, that you read the reviews AND look at the current seller that is selected - I did this, and realized that people were getting possible fakes from individual sellers because they just clicked 'add to cart' without looking Product: - I purchased mine from Titan Rig, the package looked legitimate and was sealed, but did not include the authenticity card as others have noted. - I think this package of Minus Pad 8 does not normally come with the CoA, though my smaller pack of Minus Pad 8 did. I don't think others have received fakes in this case, but you should pay attention anyway. Bonus points for supporting smaller retailers!

Works brillant on xbox one x my sons was freezing and shutting down even after good thermal paste aplyed but after swoping the original pads out to these ones now been running over 10hr and been ok nice warm air coming out back so dispersing the heat correctly my only gripe is why are they so expensive 36 quid for a littlle square u would probs get about 3 to 4 xboxs out of one square like as i only used probs a quarter and did all chips including tje south bridge. So all in all end result is if u want a nice quite cool running xbox one x i recommend u get these hope this helps someone

NVIDIA RTX A5000をオーバーホールするために購入しました。 よく分からないメーカーの安いサーマルパッド買うぐらいなら、コレを選んだ方がいいと思います。 2mm厚だとGPUチップとヒートシンクの間に隙間が出来て放熱グリスを盛らないといけなくなるので、1.5mm厚が最適解でした。 他のグラフィックボードだと違う厚さの物になると思いますが。
