I live in Northern Michigan, and the inventory turnover of non-mayonnaise based foods is pretty slow. These were a bit costly, but came to my door in a jiffy and were of really good quality. Easy to rinse, and no stones or pea skins in the batch.Overall, great and just what I needed to make dahl and soup.
