This review is really more for Taurine itself then the brand. (Which is fine.) I am in my early 40's and gotten back into taking Taurine for various reasons.. A new surprise for me I have noticed in the few weeks I've taken it.. It seems to have de-aged my face a bit already in just a couple weeks. Its looking a lot smoother and not that I had really any wrinkling going but any starts of fine lines are diminished. Raised spots from sun damage are disapearing.. I am very impressed with this supplement overall.. For the things people know about.. AND for the help with my skin. If it's de-aging my skin.. Who knows how much it may be doing for my insides! I think this a MUST take Supplement for those 40+
