How long can these be placed on whipped frosting before they desolve into the icing or start the bleed the colors?

I'm really not sure about frosting. I put mine on a dirt cake but the dirt cake never lasts long. Sorry I couldn't help

No, wafer paper dissolves when wet.

Can these be bent without breaking? (Like to make a dip in the center to make it look more realistic)

Absolutely not they’re a wafer type material that is sprayed on or made to look like a flower they’re not like real flowers and they don’t look realistic
