My husband loves these shoes!
My husband has developed plantar fascists and has been suddenly suffering from intense foot pain... which I can totally understand because I've had the same foot affliction for several years. The only thing that has helped for me is good shoe insoles and good shoes. We're retired and He has been mainly wearing slip on shoes like Van's and teva sandals and Crocs, which neither has any real support. We live in a warm climate so there is year round lawn mowing and swimming pool cleaning etc. So I decided to see what I could find him that works as a casual slip on shoe for everyday stuff as well as something that can be worn out to eat etc. Yet be orthopedic. When I found these on Amazon I just had to get them! The reviews are good and these have that hands-free slip-on ability ( like Sketchers only these are even better for one's feet) so I bought him the denim color in size 13. He wears a 13 in most shoes, and these fit him just right. As soon as he put them on he just made a nice "ahhhhh" sound of relief. He says they're extremely comfortable. These come with another type of insole that you can swap with the ones that arrive already inside the shoes. He says that both insoles feel great but will have to experiment to see which is best during long-term wear. He told me his feet haven't hurt and for that I'm super happy!! Now I'm going back to buy him some more pairs of different colors. Oh BTW another nice thing is that these are really nice looking shoes! They don't look like orthopedic shoes AT ALL!! Love that. Also, their not heavy, the quality is excellent and time will tell about durability.

Stylish, comfortable, and Lightweight shoe for walking
Great pair of shoes. Comes with two different insoles for arch support. Very comfortable for my wide feet and they are super lightweight. I specifically got them for walking. Ill be going on vacation in a couple of months and they say there's alot of walking in Japan so I think these would be perfect for that.

Very comfortable shoes, however.... PLEASE READ
The shoes are very comfortable. I rolled a car when i was a youth, so i have persistent back problems. I was wearing Skechers, but they never provided enough support and my feet would hurt at the end of the day. These shoes are more comfortable, and provide better support across the entire foot. The shoes come with two sets of inserts: one with higher arch support and gel cushioning on high impact places, and one set of lower arch support with no visible gel cushions. The latter set looks plain. I tried both sets and i thought since I have higher than average arches, the "nicer" inserts were the obvious choice. After one day at work, my feet were sore in a different way because of the high arch support. When I went to wear them the next day, the high arch support hurt my arches. Apparently there are people with higher arches than mine, because this was too high. Also, they had developed a squeak just like other posts have said. The squeaking was incredibly annoying, and potentially embarrassing. Wanting to give the shoes another try, I put the lower arch support inserts without the gel cushions in, and surprisingly they were incredibly comfortable. It has now been a week and i love them. My back hurts less and my feet don't hurt at all.The other reason i gave these shoes four stars is that when they get wet, there is NO traction. I manage a restaurant, and i have to consistently focus on not slipping because of the lack of antiskid protection. Like, there's wet shoes and i get that. These almost seemed greased. Just something to note. All in all, great shoes. Very comfortable, but do have potential issues. For the price and support, you have to at least try them.

Finally! A Stable fit with Comfort
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My luck with slip on shoes hasn't been satisfactory. They are either too loose or too tight. As I'm in my 70s too loose doesn't provide balance support while walking and I feel like I'm going to fall. Too tight and they are impossible to slip into. But, my luck changed with these snappy looking shoes from OrthoComfort. At first they felt a bit stiff but after a few hours they fit nicely, snug enough for stability, and not too cushy. I'm very happy with the shoes. Time to check out their other styles.

Shoe is short for standard size (I compared it to my other shoes).
Pro: Ease of slip-on, comfortable walking shoe.Nice subdued appearance.Con: I consistently wear size 10, but the first pair I bought, my big toe ran into the end of the shoe.I replaced it with a 10 1/2 which was long enough but then I had to get heel inserts to keep it from slipping up and down on my heels. After wearing it perhaps 20-30 times, the stitching on the side of shoe came loose and I had to take it to a shoe shop to be restitched.

Comfortable but noisy
Comfortable shoes. Provides great stability and relief from from minor aches and pains. They even provided a free pair of insoles with purchase which is awesome. The only downsides as a couple of reviews have mentioned. The shoes make an annoying "squeek and squelch" noise when walking on any type of surface. Not a big deal if your in populated or noisy environment but it's very noticeable in an office or quiet environment. Also the shoes aren't breathable and have no ventilation so in intervals i have to take my feet out of the shoes to let the heat escape and to cool my feet.
