Update: I reached out to customer support with my problem of defective bearings. They were very good about helping me and sent me replacement bearings that work just fine. The board is now quite good and does everything I would possibly want it to do.I really want to love this board. It's a fun shape and is small enough for me to bring to class and store wherever.It turns pretty nicely. The trucks don't feel to stiff or too loose and the wheels haven't seemed to cause any issues.However, the bearings on my board left a lot to be desired. One does not seem to be properly lubed, so it sort of makes funny noises from time to time. Another occasionally makes a ringing sound, which I now realize is caused by the bearing shield occasionally coming off.Bottom line, you probably want to replace the bearings if you buy this one.

Sweet little cruiser for getting around. Definitely would purchase again.
