Still reading the book. So far it's a great read. Authur shares his real life experiences as a blue angel pilot & compares that with situations in business. Attended a session with the author Foyle recently and I'm really impressed by him and the gladtobehere movement.

Glad to be Here, says it all. It’s perspective, performance at the highest level and John gives you a unique look into how elitePerformers that have 33% turnover each year perform at the highest level. I heard John speak at a conference and he is terrific, motivated, grateful and exudes, Glad to Be Here. He also donates much of his earnings to great causes across the globe. It definitely gives me a whole new appreciation for his skill, excellence, professionalism and dedication as a lead solo Blue pilot. John, I am spreading the word and will put your teachings to good use and of course, I’m Glad to Be Here!

John’s book dives into how successful teams can take their performance to the next level. He goes into how these skills that are used by The Blue Angels can transposed into your organization. I recommend this book to anyone trying to improve their career.

I’ve read a ton of motivational books and heard many speakers but John is awesome!!! One of the best! He’s got a great way of getting you thinking. Met him in person truly great guy
