R+Co Blue Highest Volumizing Mousse 180 ml / 6.3 oz

This is a wonderful product. I have tried several different volumizers. This one gave volume without stiffness or stickiness. It also did an amazing job at giving my hair a good smell and some shine. I was happy with how I looked after applying. It is expensive compared to others, but, in general, you get what you pay for. That's not always true with beauty products, but for this one, it is.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this product. I originally bought it at my salon, and they are a little bit higher in price, so I thought I’d try Amazon. Big mistake. Every single time I have purchased thisProduct, it’s defective. I notice it on the first use: the nozzle doesn’t work, and then all of the contents eventually empty out because of the defective nozzle. At first, I thought it was a fluke. Nope…happened three times in a row. And this stuff is expensive and they don’t take refunds. So, my guess is they are intentionally selling their defective product on Amazon.Buy from your salon instead!

I love this hair Mousse , it gives my hair volume, and you only need a little bit , and the smell is so amazing too. Well worth the price.

I had previously tried R+Co BLEU Volumizing spray and loved it, so I wanted to see how their mousse worked on my fine, thin hair.One squirt of mousse wasn't quite enough to cover all of my hair, but was sufficient for the first few inches of root area so went with that for first use. It has the same light lovely smell that their spray has. Very pleasant. The mousse was a bit harder to comb through my bleached and color treated hair than the spray, but perhaps I didn't use enough conditioner this wash.I blow dried my hair and had a bit of a hard time getting the brush through, so ended up doing the hang head upside down and blow dry method to get some lift at the roots. The mousse did add volume and texture to my hair so I liked that, but it did leave a smidge of a tacky feeling which their spray did not.We went out to a night club for some live music for the first time in almost 2 years. We live in a hot climate and the venue had pretty decent climate control but with all the people in there, I still got a bit sweaty even though I was seated the entire time. My hair did separate and get stringy as it usually does, but I don't blame the mousse as I only applied it to about 4" past the root area and I have long hair. I don't think I'll use the mousse all the way to the ends though, because in the heat and humidity the root area got extremely sticky and very difficult to comb. This mousse will be saved to use in the winter months to avoid that situation.

I have such a hard time finding products that will work on my hair, which is chin length and finely textured. A lot of "volumizing" products end up weighing my hair down or making it look greasy. I was so excited when I got the opportunity to try this. I've got the R+Co Volume and Texturizer Spray and absolutely love it!! I thought for sure that this was going to partner perfectly with it. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I tried using them together and that was a disaster. It was too much product and weighed my hair down. I then tried it all on it's own. I applied around a golf ball sized bit of mousse. That was WAY too much. My hair was tacky after I dried it and looked limp and lifeless. I ended up having to rewash it, because it looked that bad. I tried again and used about half that amount and it worked much better. I was able to get good volume and my hair felt moisturized and not straw dry. My style lasted the entire day without going flat or being weighed down. I love the refreshingly beachy scent of it. I also like that it's made without petroleum, mineral oil, parabens and sulfates. That makes it so much healthier for your hair. Now, here's what kept me from giving it 5 stars. I only wash my hair every 4-5 days. If I wash it every day, it gets dried out and starts to feel like straw. If I use this product, I'm unable to go more than a day without washing. The first day rocks, but after that it looks greasy, limp and dirty. Sometimes I can get a 2nd day out of it, if I use dry shampoo, but no more than that. Due to this performance and the extremely high price of this, I couldn't give it more than 3 stars.

Yes, it’s too expensive, but I’ve yet to find anything that works as well. Fortunately it doesn’t take much, so it lasts a long time. Lots of volume (and I have straight, fine hair) and it smells so good.

Liked it because my hair is very thin and it gave me valume

the nozzle quit working when the bottle was over half full. I had to throw away half the bottle.
