Maidenform Flexees Women's Shapewear Hi-Waist Brief Firm Control

Okay, yes...yes...I have a tummy problem. There! I said it. I am an apple body person (not really news to anyone, but normally we just don't talk about it) Anyway, I got this because I paid WAAAAYYYY too much for my SPANX camisole and while I like the SPANX camisole, I don't like it $49 dollars worth. I had an old pair of Maidenform "sweet nothings" that I have almost worn out so I decided to shop Maidenform again. I found this and though I am 5'8" and 194 lbs, I bought the XL since I was on a mission to not look pregnant in my new top. Girls...do not hesitate to get one. It wasn't a hassle to pull up even though I might have gotten it on the smaller side. It fits me like a dream. Now, I admit I am a bit shorter in the torso than many 5'8" girls (okay women) probably due to my longer than normal legs, so it's a tiny bit longer on my body than I was expecting. NO problem, I just pull it up higher. But, the cool thing is it doesn't squash me in the least. It's designed to squash your tummy and muffin top, not anything below that. So it's very comfy indeed. I LOVE the slightly rubbery threads around the top. This does NOT roll over even if you slouch. and for the price, I'll take it even over SPANX. I live in a dry climate, but I admit when I go to a humid place and get sweaty, it's not as easy to pull down for the restroom visit and almost as much trouble to pull back up. But, even in a humid hot climate, it's not uncomfy to wear. I only wish I could find swimsuits made like this. (Is anyone out there listening?) Good luck with your tummy problem, friends.

Very comfortable but holds everything. I'm 7 weeks postpartum and after having a c section I needed something easy to slide on and off but still effective. This is it!

I have another Maidenform shapewear I picked up at clearance at Kohl's. I thought this one would be just like it, and it is, except this one from Amazon has that rubberized band at the top to keep it from slipping down or rolling down (“new & improved” I suppose!). And it does the trick. I’ve worn it several times, all day long, and I’ve yet to pull it up during the day (as the other one required quite often). I wear a size 16, am tall, and the top comes a hands width from my bra band. My guess is my torso is 1.5” longer than the average size. (Wish these came in Tall.) The clearance one I bought before was the only one left and was an 2XL. If I had had a choice then I would’ve chosen XL, but it fit very comfortably, slipped on and off easily and smoothed things out. This one from Amazon I got in the same size. It fits a bit more snug, but still as comfortable. The only way to have shapewear make you smaller is via photoshop! What it does, imo, is firm the area to the touch and (most important to me) hides evidence of my belly button pudge under T-shirt’s! Lol. I see ridiculous ads on Facebook showing someone that looks like a size 16 slip on the shapewear they are selling, and magically become a size six. That’s not going to happen! Where's all that flab going to go, do you think?! Lol. I have a Spanx that the sales lady measured me for and I have to squirm to slip it on. Once on it’s okay, but heaven help you if you need to get it off quickly. That is why I prefer it less tight and to go on and off more easily (realizing a size smaller won’t miraculously skinny-me-up). (BTW, maybe TMI, but I wear this over my underwear and I can then get several wears before washing on gentle cycle, hanging to dry)

These are well made and very reasonable in price. They feel a bit tight when first put on but are comfortable after a few minutes. I bought one size up and they are perfect.I suppose it depends on your body type, I have a poochy stomach and it smoothed every thing out pretty well so my clothes do not show rolls under them.I am 5.4 and weigh 180 and I purchased the 2XL.I wear size16 clothes or XL in tops etc.Hope this helps

Literally just got in the mail and couldn't help but try on. As you can see there is a huge difference!I'll know more once I try with my jeans, but man does it feel good to not have to suck it in 24/7. Even sitting down it feels great. I ordered a size small which I was hesitant about. I'm 5'2" 155lbs and wear a 5/6 in Maurice's jeans.Going to try this one out a little longer to see if I should get more. So far very happy with my purchase!!!

I wasn't super pleased with the fit of the product. I am 5'2" 185 lb and I ordered an XL. I liked that there was a rubber grip at the top to keep it in place, but I still found that it began to roll down, especially in the back, thus creating more rolls. The longer I wore it during the day, the more it wanted to roll. Perhaps it became more loose over the course of the day. I could not wait to take it off that evening. I also didn't find that it did much to smooth anything out. The belly bulge was still there, but just in a more "shapely" manner.I know that I rely heavily on reviews so I strive to leave very thorough reviews. Flexees are my favorite shareware. They are more affordable than spanx and I have found that for firm control they do a better job. If you're in between sizes go down for firmer control. They will show panty lines so do not get the briefs if you're wearing this under thin clothing.I gained weight and I'm a size 14 right now (ugh) and got the large for extra control. It holds me in without being uncomfortable. Honestly if I wanted an even flatter tummy I could have gone down to the Medium and had it be tight but look thinner. I'm sticking with the large for now.In my photo you can see it holds me in and makes everything look smoothe.

I don't "love" any shapewear. I own Spanx, and don't mind them. I purchased this because I had to wear a clingy dress for a wedding, as a bridesmaid, and didn't want every ripple or dimple to show.It helped to suck me in a little, and created a much smoother appearance.CON: It is not seamless- you can definitely see and feel the lines on your butt. They dig in a little- not recommended if you have a healthy-sized booty like myself.PRO: An important pro- it does not roll down. It has a gel or rubber top which keeps it in place.

Esta faja da un buen ajuste a la zona del vientre, lo mantiene apretado, pero permitiendote movilizarte para tus actividades. Le pongo 4 estrellas debido a que en la porcion del torso le falta estar un poco mas largo para mi gusto, ya que queda justo en el borde costal, provocando que se enrolle un poco al sentarse y agacharse. Estaria mejor si llegara hasta la zona del brassier.

Quiero una faja que me entalle la cintura y que además apriete el estomago. Estas dos cosas las cumple, pero no es una tela delgada como las otras variedades de esta marca, es gruesa y eso le da un punto menos, por que no es tan traspirable, y después de un tiempo empieza a hacer incomoda traerla puesta, cosa que no ocurre con las que no tienen costuras. Cumple lo que promete sobre estilizar SI, pero si la quieres para usar con pantalón, no es la mejor opción.

Me gustó mucho es muy cómoda y no se baja ni se enrolla. Comprime a barriga aunque no mucho. Soy talla 11 de pantalón y compre la XL

Yo soy una persona petit por lo que el tamaño me quedo perfecto del torso, el ajuste es muy bueno y no se me enrolla ni se mueve la banda elástica, yo la uso porque me acostumbre a usarla después del parto y siento que necesito más ajuste por parte de esta faja pero para alguien que acabo de parir esta perfecta.

Yo lo compré para sostener mi abdomen después de una cirugía y me funciona bastante bien, aprieta en la zona del vientre sin incomodar, aunque el calzón aprieta un poco las piernas e incomoda un poco. Soy pequeña y de piernas anchas, creo que este no sería un problema si tienes piernas más delgadas.Me lo tengo que quitar en la noche y volver a la venda porque me canso de traerla todo el día y que me esté apretando en la zona de las piernas, pero fuera de eso, me funciona para el propósito que la compré.

Although it smoothes out the lumps and bumps, it creates a bulge in the stomach. Im not sure if its because of the quality of the material, but it makes my stomach look even larger than my regular size under clothes. I'm a size 4, and got a size small. I was really hoping it would slightly shrink and shape my waist but unfortunately it didn't.

Went with my normal size and fit was right on. Holds everything in place, felt tight at first, but that only lasted a minute. Very comfortable and well made for the firm control it gives

Muy buen producto, fue una compra para mi esposa y ella quedo encantada ya que acabamos de tener un bebe y le ha servido para amoldar su estomago.

Not only do these not do much to help my shape, but they are also very uncomfortable. The elastics around the leg holes created chafing and they constantly rode up, but made them cut into my butt and hips. Would not buy these again

Me encantó la faja. La estoy usando para el post parto y me quedó estupenda. Ademas en la parte superior tiene una especie de liga que hace que no se enrolle o se caiga. Muy muy buena compra. Ademas a un super precio.
