Works great - knocks me right out- but make sure you have 8hrs to sleep, if you only have 5 or 6 hrs to sleep you will wake up groggy.

This is my go-to product when I need a little extra help falling asleep. It works incredibly well and doesn't give me wacky dreams like melatonin. And it's an incredible value. This is probably the best price you'll find either online or in store. Highly recommended!

if you planing to sleep in an hour take this 2 hour before sleep if you taking this pill while going to bed it wont work right away, but once it hits you will have 5 6 hours good sleep and woken up feeling better, so so don't think like a cartoon character, you dump the pill in and started feeling that you are in clouds, no it wont happen,

These pills sometimes doesn’t work at all, it’s like one night I can feel it working. Then the next night nothing happens, I don’t think all these pills have an even amount of sleep medication in them

Had trouble sleeping. Take a half on those nights and puts me out. Wake up a little foggy, but nothing a cup a coffee doesn't fix.
