I'm an American Red Cross (ARC) CPR instructor and a Boy Scout adult leader.The packets are small, 2x2" with a ring for a keychain. They come in several colors. I would prefer they are all red, but the color isn't that big an issue. They say "CPR responder kit" on the outside.The contents include a mouth-to-mouth breathing barrier and a pair of non-latex gloves.The breathing barrier is a sheet of plastic with a valve, and a rubber band intended to go around the victim's head, to hold the mask in place. The valve prevents air from going out from the patient, which protects the rescuer from airborne pathogens. It is very clearly marked which side is to go toward the patient. That marking is better than other providers of similar products.The gloves are non-latex, and medium sized. I was able to get them on and off. My hands are average sized for a man. The gloves are pleasantly sturdy; they didn't break when I flexed my hands. They were translucent. I was able to perform tasks like typing when wearing them, so I'd be able to do first aid too.I recommend all of my students to carry a breathing barrier and gloves. These will meet that need.

An excellent gift for all to have. Either in the car, home or on key chain, It's great to in case of an emergency. The pocket mask is a little hard to get out of the case, but it is functional.
