I don't deserve expensive lights as I loose them quite often. For the price this light works perfect for me. I'm an auto technician and similar lights off the tool truck cost upwards of $100. If I leave this one stuck under a car like I did the first one I just buy 2 more to replace it.

Ever since the first LED lights came along, and especially when you coupled that with the long life of the comparatively tiny AA or AAA batteries, it's the culmination of total satisfaction of "You Light Up My Life," and give it new meaning.Even back before I had ever seen my first LED light or AA battery, I knew that there had to be something better than that.Well, there is, and this is it.In fact, my first reaction was that they were just too much - especially in close quarters.But there is a major difference in LED lamps from when they first came out.The first ones looked as though they would be perfect, in that they looked so clean and white - compared to the weak, yellow light emanating from an incandescent bulbBut when you went to actually use them, they were weak, and flat, and produced comparatively few lumens.But to this little puppy, Wow! is totally appropriate.I actually would have preferred just the batteries by themselves, and to do without the rechargeable capability.The specific way you need to use the light determines what you're looking for.But it's nice to have more capacity than you need, rather than less.In my case, I would usually need such a brief blast of light, that to go through all the hassle of hooking up the wiring was more trouble than it was worth.But then, my need for that short space of time that I needed to have the light on for was over with almost before it began, which meant that I virtually never had to re-charge.And so, everybody was happy.

I had a snap on light very similar to this one that got stolen from me I replaced it with this and it was a great choice battery last forever it seems like and light mode #2 is extremely bright

Former workplace had these and I was impressed. Brighter than Snap-On at a fraction of the price. Plan on buying more. Great little light.

This is a very convenient light. I've used it at home, at work and on the car. The magnetic base is strong enough to hold it in place, but not so strong, it can't be easily removed. The light is pretty bright and has several modes to tailor it and preserve battery life. I've never come close to running it out of power, but mainly because they don't use it for a long lengths of time.

These little gnats are awesome. Use them when we are comping it it light up the woods amazingly. Will be buying more, they are that good.

I work in a mechanic shop and this little light is very bright on the lower setting and extremely bright at the higher setting. Magnet holds well enough but will fall if hit with a bit of force. The higher brightness drains the battery pretty quickly but battery life has yet to be an issue. I’d buy another one if I needed it.

Great light and a great price. Don’t care for the flash mode, but all lights come that way. Overall Very Happy with purchase.
