Delicious! Enough for multiple servings of Japche!
The serving size is 100g. This bag contains at least 10 servings and we found the 100g to be easily enough per person. The noodles look odd coming out of the bag and in the pot, but once cooked and rinsed they are perfect. Made excellent Japche and absorbed the sauce beautifully and colored up nicely when sauteed. Absolutely would purchase again!

Just what I was looking for!!
I have been looking for authentic glass noodles since I had my first bowl of sukiyaki at our local Japanese kitchen. But I never could find them at our megamart grocery stores. Then I came across these Korean yam noodles while searching for Japche ingredients. These are exactly what I have been looking for. They have a wonderful chewy bite, slick glassy texture and pull in whatever tasty sauce that you use with them! My family was skeptical when they first saw these gray strands in the package. But everyone loved them at dinner! They cook up quick and make a perfect addition to soups, stirfries or other noodle dishes. We made both a vegetarian option, with tofu and one with sliced beef. Both were well received. Will certainly buy again and recommend to friends! The service from this Amazon affiliate vendor was also wonderful. They personally sent me emails with status updates on my noodles that were witty and fun! A++ all around.

It’s a lot of noodles!
This is a great brand of sweet potato noodle, and it makes great japchae and suan la fen, among other tasty, chewy noodle dishes. Just know these noodles are light, so a kilo will give you lots of noodles to use in favorite recipes. I’m not complaining at all, but if you have limited dry goods storage space and don’t use these often, maybe get a smaller package.

Follow up review
On my follow up review, I 'll check the ingredients and will revise as is appropriate. These are supposed traditional style noodles. This type can be made from sweet potato, as is done in Korea, or mung bean. Both are wonderful and tasty.

Absolutely GIANT bag!
I love these! I actually like the texture better when you pull out what you need, lay them out in a Pyrex casserole dish and cover with water that was just brought from a rolling boil (kettle works too!), then covered and leave for 8-10 min or just pull them out of the water when you need them. They came out cooked to perfection, chewy still, and had the same flavor as usual. You can even take this time to season them or use a dashi while they soak in the boiling water.

Hands-down, the best
Out of all the glass noodles I have tried, these are simply the best in terms of flavor and texture. Going in the large size it comes in, it's also the best value I've found yet. These are a household staple of mine, as we are a gluten free home. We are subscribed to this product, and have never had a delay in shipment or issue with our order. what else can I say, this product is one of my favorite things in the world.

So delicious!
I first bought these on a whim several months ago. I'd been looking through some Korean ingredients and thought they might be perfect for sharing with my mother, who's gluten free and sensitive to most types of rice. We've been hooked ever since! They're chewy without feeling heavy or tough, and have the perfect flavor for asian dishes. Btw I definitely recommend trying them with Pad Thai. OMG so good. Just make sure your pad thai recipe is thick enough, because ours is a touch thin/runny and doesn't want to "stick" to the vermicelli noodles unless I throw in a dash of arrowroot powder. (Maybe because you have to rinse them after cooking and that washes away any extra starch? Still delicious though.)
