They work well, however, occasionally one end will slip off even after pulling the small spring tight. A small carefully placed drip of super glue prevents the issue. Wrap a small piece of cellophane tape around the point where you will attach the strap to keep it from superguleing your glasses!

I have been wearing these for a few months and I gotta say they are nice. I need my glasses to be very loose on my head otherwise it gets sore behind my ears. I needed to use straps and for awhile bought some at the store and changed out the string for my own, but found I needed something better. These were it! The strap is super comfy and I don't even feel it. The bead in the back is quick and easy to adjust. The rings for the glasses tend to loosen and come off easy but that's a good thing because when that happens, my glasses are being caught on something and its better to have that easily undone than pull me along with it or break my glasses. I highly recommend to anyone needing straps for their glasses. Plus you get a whole pack for cheap and this will last me a couple years at least.

Had the end grabbing kind, but keep hanging on ears when not needed. These old fashion style will simply fall down on shoulders when pulling readers off to hang. World of difference in comfort for reading glasses. Up date; well seemed great, but finding the loops constantly loosen up and slide off ! Now have to add a zip tie to stop this. Tension holder way to weak . Still better then the end style to me.

I suspect I am like most users of the lanyard for my glasses in that they are very convenient but have a limited life by virtue of either wear or loss.That being said at a price of under $1.00 each for six it's a great deal.

Use these all the time.

I typically wear my glasses or take them off. I don’t do too much of letting them hang in the strap. I use the strap because I sail and hike and I don’t want to lose my glasses. If you put your glasses on and off a lot, these straps will likely not work for you. The glasses arm holds loosen easily with the motion of on/off/hang.For me, because I typically put my glasses on once and then I take them off, I don’t wear my glasses around my neck, these work for me. I have had better straps but I can no longer find the ones I had originally. These are an okay replacement as long as you understand the downside.
