Super-simple to use, and works as promised. Approx 30% to fully charge our big iPad, so just right for us out on the road. Comes in a thin plastic cover/bag which protects it in storage, though a tougher might be needed if you use in a demanding environment.

Really reliable item. Charged multiple items at once and easy to use. Perfect for flights (used on East Jet). Takes a long time to charge to 100% but also discharges slowly which is important. Comes with a short black lead to charge or discharge so I didn't even need to use my own mobile phone lead. Quite heavy. Used with Honor and Huawei phones but has multiple sized ports.

The design of this product is very simple but it is quite heavy but still charger perfectly fine. The small screen is simple and bright enough for nighttime use. No problem with the power but takes a long time to charge

Brillaint product. Gives me 4 full charges for mobile phone and its quick charging. Always take with me on holiday or hiking. Highly recommended.

I just bought a second. This power bank lasts ages, charges my phone several times and can even power my macbook air slowly using USB-C PD.It charges the MacBook at 18W (9v, 2a I think) which is typically enough to increase charge while using. The only issue I find is that it will not charge the Mac if it has already run out of power. To do so you need to keep trying to get it to turn on to encourage the power bank to send charge. I reckon you could get around this by charging from one of the USB 2.0 ports, not the USB-C port. Anyway, not been an issue for me but something to be aware of.I bought a second as the battery on my first was losing capacity it seemed. However this is not unexpected. This power bank has been heavily used while traveling and camping in my campervan which has no leisure battery.Good buy!Adding to this review: I bought a second and experienced the same issue as other reviewers - the powerbank died at 30%, going straight to 0.I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new powerbank to replace my faulty one. No trouble at all. These things happen and these guys offered fantastic customer service.Haven't tested out the new one yet, but if it's all good I might even buy a third!

Fully charged this unit from 0% to 100% immediately after opening. I used a USB measuring device both during the charging and discharging and both times it showed a capacity of around 11800 mAh... Even using the conversion factor from 3.7V to 5V, and the lowest possible efficiency rating (80%), it still should have been closer to 15865 mAh (26800 *(3.7/5) * 0.80). Either I received a dodgy unit or these devices are being mis-sold in my opinion! Am returning it to Amazon and buying from a more reputable seller!

This has been useful whilst on holiday. Wanted something large than the standard 10,000mah pack. This fitted the bill with four ports, 3 USB, 1 USC. Can charge multiple items at same time. Tablets, phones, watches Cameras etc. Although stated capacity is 26k. It's probably more like 20k as it will be down to 5% after four phones to fully charge. But can live with that. It very solid about the same size as a 10k but twice as thick, portable and easy to use . Fully charges from empty in about 5-6hrs via the USBc port,so over night is easy. The LED power % indicator is useful.

Useful device, but the instructions are minimalistic.The power button is unintuitive and not covered in the instructions. The device is powered on by a single click of the button or powers on automatically when a device is connected. To power it off, you need to double-click the button, or it will power off automatically after a short time if nothing is connected. If you press and hold the button (like powering off a phone or tablet), the state of charge display goes to a flashing 0% for some unknown reason, and the only way I've found to recover functionality is to connect the device to a charger.Will not do super fast charging on my Samsung phone; the best it does is fast charging.I affixed some small self-adhesive rubber feet to the back to stop it skidding about.
