Good price stays hot for very long time

I bought these two specifically for Hot Chocolate. They did not hold the heat very long. Very disappointed with this purchase.

We LOVE this dispenser. We used it for a hot coco bar and since it has a large capacity, it was so nice to not need to refill it!

Several times can’t get the lid off. Lid finally broke

This has a simple 90 degree twist and does not keep liquid from spilling out nor does it keep the product hot or cold inside.It is a poor design and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially for the price they are asking.If you have a beverage that you don’t want to keep hot then by all means, but again it does not seal nor prevent liquid from spilling out.

The core problem is that the spigot is threaded all the way through the inner layer into the insulation layer. Water travels along the threads even though a rubber washer is at the inner wall. At the end of the day, you can hear the water sloshing around inside despite the fact there is a hole drilled in the bottom of the jug for drainage.I was able to fix mine using a silicone washer in place of the metal washer. The silicone washer I used was smaller in diameter than the threaded pipe. I stretched it with some effort to go over the threads; thus, it squeezed the threads and sealed them off. I like the product but based on my measurement they only hold about 2.25 gallons versus 3.
