Great option, especially for those who do a lot of GF baking
Your local grocery store may or may not have rice flour; and if you bake a lot, a small package (eg, 24 oz) may not go very far. I like the 48oz size of this product, and really appreciate that the source grain is organically grown. Have never had any quality issues with Anthony's, and highly recommend this.

Good alternative to wheat flour on kneading surfaces.
This product works well in dusting surfaces when making sour dough bread. Not easily found in stores.

Good quality flours.
I love all of Anthony Flours. They are alway fresh and good quality flours. They are also well priced and have a lot variety in their products. I have been buying from Anthony for years and will continue to do so. So glad I discovered them on Amazon.

Good product but a little coarsely ground
It's a good product, used mainly to prevent my sourdough form sticking to the towel during bulk ferment. Its not ground as finely as asian rice flour so if you use it for rice cakes etc, it has a grainy finish. But to simply use for my lining purposes, it works fine
