Q: Have replacement bowls arrived yet? My cats east twice/day. So, it helps to soak a bowl while another is in use. I would buy several sets of them.

Not yet. In my order there was a card that said extra bowls can be purchased on their website, but there are no extra bowls on their website and not on Amazon. I sent them an email asking where to purchase extra bowls, no reply yet.

I have not seen the video, but i have to cats one in June is 8 months becoming 1 in May my other cat is becoming 2 in June. They both get on well with this, and it is easy to clean.

The base will only hold the bowl that is provided. The depth of the base is 2-1/2 at its lowest, and 3-3/4 at its highest. The depth of the inner bowl is roughly 1-1/2 inches.
