This little cutter is awesome! It's so much better than the plastic cutters that I have broken. I just rolled out the noodles, let them dry a bit, and whizzed right through the dough. Clean, even cutting! Great "present" for me!

Just got into making home made pasta and didn’t feel like spending alot of money on the attachment for my mixer. Blades are nice and sharp and the only negative thing is that the handle is really flimsy. If you need to put pressure to cut the handle will bend.

Pasta cutting

I bought this with the intention that I was going to use before deciding to invest in a full size pasta maker seeing that I wasn't sure if I would continue to make my own pasta. I was able to use it once and the second time I tried, the blades were either dull or bent. It just wouldn't cut all the way. At the end of the day I did end up investing in a full size pasta maker as it was clear to me that I was going to continue to make my own pasta.
