I like this item better than flossing. They get the food particles out from in between your tooth much better than flossing. It helps in keeping your mouth and gums clean. I have this item a 5 score. From Queen AJC

These are nice and come in different sizes depending on how tight your teeth are. I have tried different kinds and like this style a lot. They have a little cap that keeps them cleanand make it easy to pack for travel or keep a few in a purse or makeup bag. They look like tiny pipe cleaners and do a good job. I use a high quality brand of essential oils, and after cleaning my teeth and using the water jet, I put a drop of essential oils on one of these, and go between each tooth. Them I rinse the brush off and allow to air dry. You can use one several times this way. A friend told me she did this and was able to reduce her gum pockets significantly. I just saw my dentist and he commented several times in how healthy my gum tissue is. When my kids come to visit, I send them home with a package of these.

Works great to reach between the back molars. I can bend the brush to the side and it stays put. So far these are my favorite kind because the other ones are too flimsy.

These are gentle on teeth and gum. The brush are soft and smooth so they glide easily in and out. Sturdier and harder brushes out there probably do a better job in cleaning but they could potentially damage your gum and enamel. It is safer and easier to use these. I do wish the wires are stronger and more durable. Each brush lasts 1-2 uses only. I find them too wide for some teeth so I I use slimmer ones in addition.

These work well. Brushes can be bent if a different angle is needed to approach an area. My dental hygienist stated she CAN tell the difference between using these vs just flossing. My teeth do look cleaner and gums healthier.

I cannot believe I didn't know about these things. I got so I was going to give up bacon because shortly after eating any, I got an agonizing pain in my gum between my right molars. Several times I was thinking about going to the ER it hurt so bad. My dentist gave me a pack of these and now, after bacon, I scrub the gum between the molars and no pain. I'm not sure life would have been worth living without bacon, so highly recommended.
