Extra Doll & Accessories with Long Brunette Hair and Bling Clips in Multi-Colored Dress with Pet Crocodile

This Barbie extra has the curvy articulated body and an interesting hairstyle with fun barrettes. I was excited to get her on sale plus a bonus coupon so she ended up being about $11 and an absolute steal at the price. I don't keep dolls in box but many do - this one arrived in wonderful condition with just a tiny scuff to the outside box. Her hair is soft and without product but will be helped by a wash and conditioner. I'm very pleased with the quality and value and recommend her. Remember she is curvy and has flat feet - her size can be a challenge when seeking new fashion but she is worth it.

Extra 9 arrived today and I love her! Didn't think I'd like the sculpt as much as some barbies with this sculpt look slightly 'witchy' to me, there is a bit of a twinkle (fun loving? Or mischievious?) and sharpness to the overall sculpt. Guess it comes down to screening, as this doll is very pretty. I love her dimples, brows and violet eyes. Her eyes have a bit of extra detailing around the pupils that I could have done without, but I guess mattel was going for a little extra twinkle to her eyes. She has what I initially thought was a m-t-m body, but it is not. She is still quite poseable with joints at wrist, elbows, and knees. She has a curvy body type and I love it. All of her " extras" are adorable from the hairclips, her star hoop earrings, her keyboard clutch, her cute little gator mascot, etc. While her outfit is not something I would wear, the flashiness fits her 'extra' vibe. The ruffled jacket and platform sneakers are a nice touch. Hair is on the thinner side but it suits the edgy style. Pleased

I have a few of the Barbie Extra dolls and decided to add this one to my collection because of her face mold, the adorable barrettes and the alligator/crocodile pet. Her outfit is a little strange (tulle jacket, shiny dress and platform sneakers?) but the pieces look good separately. Like another reviewer mentioned, her hands seem a little looser than normal, maybe because of how she was posed. After freeing her from the box I was even more impressed with the face/screening. She’s fun for a collector but also durable enough for a kid to play with.

What a sweet look she has. Her face is just so sweet to look at, especially with those cute dimples. Her hair is fly looking with a fade & the rest over to the side with Barrett’s in which this is the first female doll I have come across with a fade & I like it! She is certainly extra & I got her for under $14 which is exciting to find, when they’re on sale. Isn’t she cute?!!!

The extra outfits live up to their name, but the good thing about it is that you get several items of clothing and accessories to mix and match. The long rainbow tank dress has a plain white T-shirt underneath that makes a good basic top for other outfits. I heard other collectors say they don't like this one as much, but maybe I'm just weird cause she was one of the extras I really wanted. I like her face sculpt, the side-shave, and I'm a sucker for rainbows. I could do without the print on the dress but oh well. I like the ruffly jacket separately. I didn't expect her to be a curvy doll, but that's ok. Her hair though, was a mess at the ends--sloppily chopped with lots of excess hair I had to trim off. It also feels like straw at the ends.

La linea extra è davvero strepitosa! Dimenticate le Barbie bionde, dalle forme perfette e tutte uguali e rigide. Finalmente Barbie significa anche varietà. Con la linea Fashionistas erano già state introdotte etnie, taglie, altezze diverse, per non parlare di capelli, acconciature e abiti per tutti i gusti. Con la linea Extra lo stile diventa Extra lusso. Già dalla CONFEZIONE, Barbie arriva all'interno di una bellissima scatola che ne lascia intravedere il contenuto: bambola e vari accessori; esternamente è anche indicato il numero 9, corrispondente alla Barbie in questione, utile per chi fa la collezione. Il VISO è pazzesco, stampato benissimo, sopracciglia folte, gli occhi grigio/viola e le labbra rosa, in più presenta due originalissime fossette sulle guance. Il CORPO ha una linea cosiddetta "curvy" molto sinuosa di altezza standard, è snodato nei seguenti punti: collo, spalle, gomiti, polsi, gambe, ginocchia, i PIEDI invece sono fissi e piatti (non adatti a scarpe col tacco). I CAPELLI castani lunghi e lisci, sono morbidi e acconciati in maniera molto originale e alla moda, da un lato sono infatti rasati (la testa è semplicemente colorata). L'ABITO lungo coloratissimo indossato sopra una t-shirt bianca e la giacca con ruches di tulle azzurro sembrano di buona qualità, le scarpe sono delle sneakers bianche con plateau molto alla moda. Gli ACCESSORI dichiarati nella confezione sono 15, il piccolo coccodrillo sorridente (i cuccioli sono la particolarità che contraddistingue questa linea, ogni bambola ha un cucciolo diverso), gli occhiali da sole, le mollettine sui capelli, gli orecchini, il bracciale, la borsa a tastiera, il lecca lecca, e le stelline. Questa bambola è stata acquistata in saldo a 18.30 € (prezzo di partenza 35.99) e devo ammettere che è stato un vero affare! La cura dei dettagli è incredibile e la qualità ottima. È perfetta per chi vuole regalare o regalarsi una Barbie insolita e fuori dagli schemi. Giocare (o collezionare) Barbie non è mai stato così divertente!

Diese Puppe ist sehr hübsch. Das Gesicht mit kleinen Grübchen wirkt sehr natürlich. Die Haare sind glatt und glänzen. Die Figur würde ich als curvy bezeichnen. Und was mich überrascht hat, diese Barbie trägt nicht nur Schuhe ohne Absatz, sie hat "Plattfüße". Bin begeistert. Ich hoffe das Geburtstagskind freut sich. Wenn nicht, behalte ich diese Barbie :-)
