The media could not be loaded. I bought this phone for my dad who’s old phone has died on him. He wanted a nice and simple phone that would do everything he wanted but on a budget.This phone is super easy to set up and use thanks to the Android 11 OS.It has a very good camera system that takes really good sharp pictures and smooth video.You can have the option of putting a Micro SD Card into it to increase the storage if you need to which is a good option.This phone has face recognition and fingerprint ID for security. The fingerprint ID works amazingly fast and you can unlock your phone in a matter of a split second. The face recognition also works extremely well and it’s super fast too.All of my dads favourite apps work without a hitch on this phone and he can even stream some Full HD content from Amazon and Netflix which is great.The battery life again is excellent and easily last all day.You also get the added bonus of a protective case being included with this phone so you can rest assured it’s well protected straight away.Overall my dad is extremely happy with this phone and for the following reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars:Easy to useExcellent battery lifeBeautiful large screenNice protective caseVery fastGood camera system

The phone started off fine but has now started talking and your unable to open or use phone so I’d save your money if I was you.

This is my third Ulefone , great value phone that does all the things you need it to do . Battery lasts well and the phone gets a signal where others do not . It does all the usual stuff very well, ebay, whatsapp, mail, etc .Its sensational value for money, if you drop it, it can be replaced without breaking the bank (what happened to me).

I only received this handset yesterday so this is a limited review.So far it works well. Superficially it feels like any other android device. It's easy to set up and use. Its is relatively slim, so its easy enough to hold in small hands though it is of comparable size to most other phones on the market at the moment.Camera seems decent too.Only issue I have so far is that the charging port is a mini USB, not USB-c as described. This means all my old chargers, cables and earphones wont be compatible.

Ok. I was working to a tight budget as I had dropped a Nokia from 6" and the screen cracked so needed a replacement. The spec sounded fine so I purchased a UleFone Note 10. As a basic piece of equipment I think it is probably in line with others in this price categorie but WHY ON EARTH DESIGN it with a camera protruding slightly from the body and covered with a flimsy bit of clear plastic which is obviously going to get scratched everytime you "accidentally" put the phone down on anything other than a piece of felt. The camera is also not a patch on the Nokia despite all the hype. It is also slow to connect after ringing a number. Sorry won't bother again.

This is a good basic phone; however, after 12 months the battery charging went wrong and was taking 24 hrs to charge. However, when I contacted Ulefone a person called Herde was very helpful and sorted out a good solution to the problem.

Started out quite well with this, I wasn't looking to use it as a 'pocket' PC, I've got four to use, I only wanted a Mobile Phone to make and get phone calls and texts. After three days of use I now find myself locked out of this phone. I turn it on, load screen Ok, asked to 'Unlock for all features and data' only to find I cannot get the Screen Keyboard to show so I can't sign in or open the phone to make use of it. So at the moment it's a piece of useless [and costly] piece of junk. Shame. It also seems to be orientated to Google. So be warned when buying

Wonderful phone for the price. Unlocked is a bonus, as my grandson has broken many phones, so needed something durable. Bonus points for it arriving with its own phonecase and screen protector already fitted. Arrived within a week of ordering. Great for heavy handed teens.
