How good is the image quality in a bright room?

We used this for our in yard Drive in movie night it was awesome!!, We did have to wait until it started to get dark to see everything. My suggestion if you want to set this up like we did for a outdoor movie night do your set up in advance. Otherwise this is a great product, I would recommend it to everyone.

I attached my device via the hdmi lightning connector and it still says no device or no source. what am i doing wrong?

There’s usullhy 2 female Adapter connectors on your converter cable so one goes into your source device one of those cables is HDMI to the video projector and they’ll be a small one which will probably be at this might be what you’re missing out July the power believe it or not I hope this helps

can I use this with a firestick?

Yes, it will work. Just be advised, there is not enough room between the HDMI and USB ports to have them pugged in at the same time (using the USB to power the Firestick) unless you have the HDMI adaptor for the Firestick. We found this out the hard way and luckily had a portable charger with USB ports to power our Firestick.
