Delicious!
Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to buy this pancake mix because the price wasn't bad and the carbs level was low. I'm really impressed - they're easy and quick to make, and the texture is very satisfying. They're fairly neutral-tasting, which is fine with me: I added hot pepper flakes and garlic powder to one batch, and some grated parmesan and onion powder to another batch. Because I was so happy with this product, I purchased it again immediately, along with the other savoury mixes in the range. When you consider that the packet makes 20 - 30 pancakes, it actually works out quite inexpensive. And tasty.

Easy to use and tasty results
Followed the instructions for my sweet tooth and the results were miles better than my manual attempt using a recipe from the internet.I had them with sugar free maple syrup and eat everything - shared as the pack makes a lot of pancakes. Great taste and really enjoyable.Great product.

Not great
The waffles stuck to my waffle maker using this mix and the suggested recipe, despite oiling the waffle plates. Unfortunately, this meant the 'waffle' came out in small pieces. Furthermore, the pieces had a texture more like a sponge than a waffle. The only redeeming quality was the taste, which was just ok.
